DIPLOMA
The Diploma programme is a three-year post-secondary level course of study for students of any denomination who meets the general admission requirements and the following:

(a)     Four Credit passes (including English Language) in the West African School Certificate (SSSC); OR

(b)     Four Credit passes (including English Language) in the General Certificate of Education; OR 

(c)     The Teachers' Certificate Grade II with Merit in English Language; OR

(d)     Qualifications equivalent to the aforementioned with proficiency in English Language.

(e)     A Student may also be considered based on his/her score in the entrance examination.

Day Session: classes meet from Tuesday through Friday at the Seminary campus for three academic years.

Weekend Session: the Diploma weekend programme classes meet on Friday at 6:00 p.m. to Saturday 5:00 p.m. at the seminary campus for four academic years.

Summer Session: The seminary offers intensive summer programme for Diploma.    Classes meet from Monday afternoon to Friday afternoon for six (6) weeks between June and July yearly.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

A possible 96 credit hours of classes are required. Passing 90 credit hours with a grade-point average of at least 2.0 on the 4.0 scale, along with the spiritual, practical, and general graduation requirements.
